Thursday thoughts

(Six M. Galaxy LIghtning. Bred to Lil'Toad Ranch Daisy on 10-30-14)

I spent a few hours working on the site today. I like how it's coming together. Our Darla I'm almost certain is settled by Duke. Her milk production has dropped waaaaay off and she's gained a little weight. She also hasn't come into heat since the begining of September when I put her in the pen with Duke. She's due in February. I can't wait!!

Daylight and Daisy I'm still observing for signs of heat. The were bred on 10/30 and 11/1. If they don't show signs of heat in the next 30 days I'll assume they're pregnant and I'll send a blood test in to confirm.

I'm really excited about their kids if their breedings took. Six M. Galaxy Lightning who bred Daisy has such a great line and is a very handsome buck. I can't wait to see what their kids are like! Oooh I've got goat momma fever!

Well, I better hit the sack. This goat momma is t-i-r-e-d. 5:00 AM will be here soon enough.
